OBTAINING A GREEN CARD THROUGH FAMILY

You may be eligible to apply for Adjustment of Status as an immediate relative of a United States citizen. Generally, you will qualify as an immediate relative if you are a spouse, unmarried children under age 21, or parent of a United States citizens who is at least 21 years old.
